Besides the fact that it's a good love story, Elizabethtown is a great movie for creative people to watch.
Recommended to me by my most unlikely friend, I was immediately sucked into the story line.
A terrific lesson on creative triumph, crashing failure and external opinion. Or maybe how easy it is to completely identify oneself with ones artistic projects.
In any case, a good one for an escape after all the holiday madness. Or maybe when you're experiencing an uncooperative universe. This was totally the film I was watching when I made my little Kirstin Dunst head with my iPhone's sketch app!
Loved it. Rent it, buy it, steal it. Watch it.
Thanks for the recommendation, will check it out for sure!

I've heard of this movie but never seen it. Think I'll have to save it for one of those nights when the hubby is traveling :)
But on a totally unrelated note, is that an ad for McDonald's in the rental DVD??? I mean I know it's been forever since I rented a movie but wow...I didn't realize that space inside the box was being rented out now too. Dang.
